Support for Clinicians

We know allied health can become overwhelming when clinicians are expected to manage everything themselves.

At ND Perspective we intentionally structure the clinic to reduce that pressure.

You will have access to:

• A dedicated admin team supporting bookings and communication
• A clinical lead for dedicated support and discussion
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with other clinicians
• Funded supervision and professional development
• A clinic environment designed for collaboration

Our Leaders

ND Perspective entered a new chapter in 2026 when Alecia Hancock acquired the clinic. Alecia brings more than 15 years of experience building organisations in the nonprofit sector and a unique perspective of communication, storytelling and purpose.

Her decision to move into allied health is also personal. She is the parent of an autistic child and late-diagnosed ADHD herself and brings that lens to everything she does.

Having spent years navigating therapy systems as both a parent and patient, Alecia’s goal is simple:

To build a clinic that works better for families and for the clinicians doing the work.

This lived experience shapes how the clinic is run and how the team supports one another.

ND Perspective also has a dedicated Clinical Lead, Sneha Rajagopalon, who is an experienced senior clinician and is committed to supporting our therapists and the clinic's goals.
